Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Certain items, such as perishable goods and personal care products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
